Most people around the world spend their life on a yo-yo cycle, jumping from diet to diet, placing crazy restrictions, losing a bunch of weight and gaining it back.
The problem with this approach is that every time you put yourself in a crash diet, your metabolism slows down - it's called metabolic adaptation - and when this happens fat burning, and weight loss become hard and harder.
Why this happens?
Let's go back in time to when we were nomads, and didn't have readily available food everywhere, weight loss and fat loss represented danger (back then starving to death was a real possibility), so our bodies developed defense systems against weight loss.
So when you diet, it triggers alarms, and a bunch of processes happen in your body to prevent weight loss, and the more times you crash diet, the worse it gets.
What you need instead?
A sustainable approach that allows you to lose weight and keep it off forever. We accomplish this by using different phases in the program - you'll go through fat loss, maintenance, and muscle gain phases. Each phase will have specific goals tailored to you and you'll learn how to live a balanced life where you can easily sustain your gains and new bodyweigth.



As soon as you join Jacked Vegans, you'll be sent a questionnaire where you’re gonna tell us everything we need to know about you to build out your initial plans.
That means:
Current Body Composition: Age, height, weight, body measurements, and starting pictures.
Then nutrition Background: What are you doing now when it comes to nutrition, what have you tried in the past, the foods you like and foods you dislike.
Then you will tell us about training: The goals you wanna accomplish, the equipment that you have access to, the number of days per week you can train, the lifts that you know how to perform on your own, and the ones you don’t, and if you have any injuries.
Then you will tell us about your schedule: Time you wake up, time you go to bed, time you will workout.
And finally a bit of medical history to make sure we’re on the same page.
Your nutrition plan will tell you everything you need to do from the moment you wake up, until the moment you go back to bed.
Here we’re gonna do two things:
First, we’re gonna give you a specific meal plan telling you exactly what to eat with the food preferences that you provide in your initial questionnaire. This plan is gonna help you get started and build momentum.
Second, we’re also gonna provide macro and calorie targets, that means grams of protein, carbs, and fats, together with a list of recommended foods so you can start learning how to set up your own meal plan. This is one of the most important skills you’ll learn because in order to maintain results, you gotta be able to set up your meals anytime anywhere, without having to rely on us, another coach or nutritionist to tell you what to eat.

We’ll also tell you which supplements to take, how to take them and when to take them.

We can set up your training at a gym or at home, up to you!
Then, we’ll establish a number of sessions per week ranging from 3-6, every session will come with a list of exercises for the day.
Every exercise comes with a demo video, all you gotta do is click on it, and you’ll see how it’s done.
We’ll also tell you the number of sets, reps, and weight or equipment that you need to use for each exercise.
And you'll have the option send us technique videos to get feedback, and we'll make sure you’re using perfect form for everything.
You’ll get 1:1 messenger chat with your coach, that means UNLIMITED chat, quick replies to your questions, fast support when you most need it, and it’ll allow you to reach out to your coach at ANY time.
We’re gonna be there every single day holding you accountable to the process and to your goals.
We’ll also check in with you daily, yes daily - except Sundays and holidays, and every day you’ll send us a summary of your body composition tracking, and we’ll provide daily feedback about how to get better (takes 2.5 min to do a daily check-in).
And if you miss check-ins, we're gonna call you out on it!

Every week we have 5-6 - optional - group calls for extra support in case you need it, each call is with a different coach.
