Josh Thomson acquired his master’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Central Missouri with a minor in Sports Nutrition; and is the Head Exercise Specialist at the Jacked Vegans Academy. His extensive study and recurring knowledge of training and nutrition has set him up to be one of the leading Exercise Scientists in the field today.

Will Brooks is a vegan jiu jitsu practitioner under Relson Gracie, weight lifter, and online fitness coach. After a spine injury/surgery robbed him of years of hard earned muscle, he went vegan and rebuilt himself back better than ever ….from SCRATCH. Now his goal is to inspire and teach as many people as possible the true power of plants!

She lives an active lifestyle that consists of hiking, yoga, weight training, and vegan nutrition.
